Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons according to pre-established curriculum and lesson plans
• Conduct hands-on training and practical demonstrations in various cosmetology techniques
• Assess student performance and provide actionable feedback
• Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment for all students
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to uphold educational standards

Requirements

• Must have a valid Cosmetology or Esthetics License in the State of Indiana
• Must have an active Beauty of Culture Educator License in the State of Indiana
• Strong background and experience in the cosmetology\esthetics field is a plus
• Previous teaching or instructional experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse student populations
• A passion for teaching and commitment to student success
