Requirements

- Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology Teacher's License or a Limited Practice Teachers License for Esthetics - Demonstrated professional behavior and teamwork - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency with technology including keynote and power-point

Pay & Schedule

- Pay range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour - Available as either Full-Time or Part-Time positions

Responsibilities

1. Implement and administer the school's curriculum and lessons in designated areas (Hair Cutting, Hair Coloring, Barbering, Texture, Long Hair Styling, Makeup, Skin, Nails, and State Board) 2. Keep lesson files, handouts, keynotes, and posters up-to-date and accurate 3. Stay current with State Board requirements and exams 4. Teach students using the Paul Mitchell Schools educational framework 5. Provide foundational knowledge of the licensed field 6. Create effective learning environments and centers that integrate various learning styles
