About the Role

Learning Leaders educate, motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills and create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers. Clinic floor and classroom teaching will be required.

Responsibilities

• Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills
• Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using O.B.E., mini classes, and learning centers
• Teach in both clinic floor and classroom settings

Requirements

• Previous education and salon experience
• Experience with Paul Mitchell products
• A passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching Future Professionals
• A commitment to teamwork and a solid work ethic

Skills/Competencies Required

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school (preferred)
• Current cosmetology license
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment skills
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• A passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems (preferred)
• Reliability and punctuality
• Current California state license required
