Requirements
- Current Cosmetology or Barbering License in the state of Maryland
- Previous experience working behind the chair in a salon or barbershop environment
- Passion for education, mentoring, and helping others succeed
- Strong technical abilities in cutting, color, texture, sanitation, and industry best practices
- Comfortable utilizing technology as part of the learning experience
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to confidently lead classroom instruction and engage groups of students
