IBI Clinic is expanding aggressively across Georgia and Florida and is seeking a Cosmetic / Plastic Surgeon to step into a scalable, high-demand platform with established infrastructure, marketing, and operational support. This opportunity allows you to focus on operating, converting consultations, and maximizing income without starting from zero.

• Florida: Hudson, Tampa
• Georgia: Loganville, Alpharetta, Brookhaven

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures
• Administer injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
• Conduct patient consultations and treatment planning
• Manage pre-op and post-op care
• Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency

Requirements

We’re looking for a surgeon who:

• Converts consultations into procedures at a high level
• Operates with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and OR
• Is confident in both surgical and non-surgical revenue streams
• Takes ownership of outcomes, patients, and growth
• Wants to scale—not just maintain

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Completion of an accredited Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery residency
• Active Florida medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (preferred)
• 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience (preferred)
• ASC experience (preferred)
