About the role

You will lead the sales strategy for Audacy's portfolio of radio stations, podcasts, and digital platforms. Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and objectives.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide ongoing training and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the audio and/or digital media industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
