Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with lenders, underwriters and account managers
- Communicate efficiently with clients on items required and deadlines
- Demonstrate aptitude in communicating complex concepts in an understandable manner
- Partner with lender to review condition documents to ensure all purchase requirements are met
- Maintain client pipeline ensuring all deadlines are met
- Apply pricing hits to loans when needed
- Generate reports to assist production
- Mentor and train peers in areas of relative strength
- Exercise discretion in clearing pends appropriately without the need for managerial oversight
- Review and disposition both underwriting settlement conditions and compliance conditions for non-delegated loans
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in lending or finance, preferably in mortgage originations
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently, detailed oriented and proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of mortgage loan documents and/or compliance
- Ability to problem solve and research issues when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and related training
- Demonstrate proficiency in one or more of the following: Lending Space, Compliance Ease, MSP, FHA Connection, MERS
- Prior experience as processor or underwriter

Pay
The annual base salary for this position is $45,760 - $86,230.
