We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the job posting. Content: Location: Los Angeles HQ Mission LENS’s mission is to end traffic accidents. LENS prevents accidents and saves lives by detecting hazards to prevent accidents before they happen. Platform & Product LENS Detect scans CCTV feeds on highways to identify hazards, in real-time, before they become accidents. Public Safety agencies, alongside Departments of Transportation, receive alerts on the LENS Detect dashboard about Disabled Vehicles, Stalled Big Rigs, and Pedestrians on Freeway. A dispatcher reviews and validates the detection, and then dispatches an officer to the scene to assist the person in need — resulting in either preventing an accident or saving a life. You take full responsibility for the outcomes in your domain. You don't wait to be told what to do next when the right next step is clear. Principles you share with us are: We are well-organized. As a Correspondence Manager in the Office of the CEO you play a critical role in LENS expressing its gratitude for those that are lending their voice to the mission, and helping us further accelerate ending traffic accidents. The time to accept traffic accidents is ending, and the time to prevent them is beginning. This belief is becoming more of an inevitable reality every day. The number of people public agencies and departments are helping with LENS keeps growing faster and faster. Then EEO boilerplate. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we drop the EEO paragraph. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe description of role) - Responsibilities - Skills & Experience (maybe combine Skills and Experience) - Qualifications (maybe not separate) - Benefits (none given) - Pay (none) - Schedule (none) We have location info: Los Angeles HQ. Could be part of About the role or a short paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to not repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we don't put a heading for "Correspondence Manager". We can have "About the role" heading. We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). We need to remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

Location: Los Angeles HQ. LENS’s mission is to end traffic accidents. LENS prevents accidents and saves lives by detecting hazards to prevent accidents before they happen. Platform & Product: LENS Detect scans CCTV feeds on highways to identify hazards, in real-time, before they become accidents. CBS LA recently did a three minute TV feature that succinctly captures what LENS is doing with Public Safety Agencies in one of the largest traffic capitals in the world: CHP LA Communications Center using AI to prevent accidents before they happen.

But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include mission, platform, product details. That's fine.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications for the CEO.
    • Draft, edit, proofread, print, and send correspondence and other written materials.
    • Follow correct titles, salutations, and formats for all recipients.
    • Constantly update and maintain the Office of the CEO’s rolodex and contacts.
    • Track correspondence history, deadlines, and follow-ups.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and care.
We might also include the earlier sentence: "As Correspondence Manager in the Office of theCEO, you’ll manage the CEO’s written correspondence with stakeholders who are helping advance the mission. You’ll draft, edit, print, and send physical letters and emails for the CEO. This is a writing-focused role. Our CEO will be writing all of the correspondence, but you will be able to carry his voice, tone, and energy through every communication." That's more about role description; could be part of About the role or a separate section like "Role overview". But we already have About the role covering mission etc. Could add a paragraph about role description under About the role. But we must not duplicate. We'll incorporate that into About the role maybe. Better: About the role includes description of role and mission. Let's restructure:

    About the role

As Correspondence Manager in the Office of the CEO, you’ll manage the CEO’s written correspondence with stakeholders who are helping advance the mission. You’ll draft, edit, print, and send physical letters and emails for the CEO. This is a writing-focused role. Our CEO will be writing all of the correspondence, but you will be able to carry his voice, tone, and energy through every communication. CBS LA recently did a three minute TV feature that succinctly captures what LENS is doing with Public Safety Agencies in one of the largest traffic capitals in the world: CHP LA Communications Center using AI to prevent accidents before they happen.

That covers role description and company info. Then Responsibilities as above. Then Skills & Experience (maybe heading "Skills and Experience"). We have Mindset, Principles, And Skills & Experience section. It includes mindset, principles, and skills & experience. We could split into Skills and Experience (list) and maybe a separate "Mindset and Principles" but we only need to include sections when there is real content. We could include a section "Skills and Experience" with the list. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For mindset/principles, they are prose; we can put them in

      . Thus:

      Skills and Experience

      • Experience drafting correspondence to senior leaders in high-stakes organizations that help society.
      • Prior correspondence management experience supporting diplomats, senior officials, or the Office of a CEO.
      • Exceptionally strong executive writing skills, including the ability to draft clear, polished, and context-aware correspondence.
      • Demonstrated ability to operate in high-stakes, high-trust environments, where errors, missed context, or poor judgment can materially impact business relationships or strategic outcomes.
      • High judgment and discretion, with a consistent track record of handling confidential information appropriately, including sensitive business discussions, personnel matters, investor communications, and external partnerships.
      • An understanding of never using AI to write. AI is only to be used as a thought partner and for minor edits, supervised and always approved by a person.
      • Experience in environments with external-facing leadership responsibilities, including exposure to government stakeholders, public sector partners, enterprise customers, or similarly relationships with significant responsibility.
Then we might include a paragraph for Mindset and Principles (maybe as part of Skills and Experience or separate). Since we have content: "Your mindset is grounded in: Anticipation over reaction.... Precision is care.... Ownership without ego.... Principles you share with us are: We are well-organized.... Invest the most time where it makes the most progress.... Begin with the end in mind...." We could put that in a

under a heading "Mindset and Principles". But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Mindset and Principles into Skills and Experience section as prose before the list. But we need to use

      for prose,

      • for lists. So we could have a

        for mindset and principles, then

          for skills/experience. Thus:

Mindset, Principles, and Skills & Experience

Your mindset is grounded in: Anticipation over reaction. You read what is needed before it is asked, remove friction before it slows anyone down, and hold the context that keeps leadership focused on what matters most. Precision is care. Getting the details exactly right -
