About the role
SPA delivers high-impact, technical solutions to complex national security issues with over 50 years of expertise. The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services across DoD, Federal Civilian, and international markets. The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) within JOID offers analytical, technical, and program support to strengthen the U.S. industrial base, informing policy decisions and enabling strategy execution for senior leaders.
This role supports the newly formed Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for International Armaments Cooperation, managing correspondence and taskers while collaborating with directorates and maintaining relationships with the executive correspondence office. Proficiency with CATMS, NIPR, SIPR, and other DoD systems is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing taskers and correspondence for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for International Armaments Cooperation.
- Collaborate with IAC directorates to ensure timely routing and resolution of taskers.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the OUSW(A&S) executive correspondence office.
- Leverage knowledge of CATMS, NIPR, SIPR, and other Department of Defense systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience providing executive-level secretariat support, including routing taskers and using the OSW Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
- Active Secret clearance.
- Ability to work fully onsite at the Pentagon and/or the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, based on client needs.
Pay
Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $105,000.00/Yr. – USD $125,000.00/Yr.
