Corrections Stock Clerk- SCI Camp Hill

About the role

As a Corrections Stock Clerk for the Department of Corrections, you will help maintain order and efficiency within the institution. This position allows you to be a key player in organizing inventory and supporting daily operations. Your efforts will keep important materials moving safely through SCI Camp Hill. You will join a team that values dependability, teamwork, and steady performance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and track stock items while ensuring proper storage and accurate documentation
• Process inmate commissary orders and maintain complete transaction records
• Guide inmates in work tasks and maintain attendance and progress information
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move heavy materials safely
• Compile sales data, input inmate payroll information, and prepare reports

Requirements

• One year of stockroom, warehouse, retail sales, or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
• Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA
• Ability to perform essential job functions
• Pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements

Schedule

Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a paid lunch. Telework is not an option in this position.
