We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Department Information, Description Of Job, Primary Job Duties, Minimum Qualifications, Required Competencies, Special Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, etc. Also includes pay schedule: "This position is compensated on a bi-weekly pay cycle." That's schedule/pay info. Also benefits: earlier bullet list: "In addition to a great agency and rewarding, meaningful work, we offer: Distinctive career advancement opportunities throughout the state system; Strong, secure, yet flexible retirement benefits including PERA Defined Benefit Plan or PERA Defined; Contribution Plan plus 401K and 457 plans. Member Contribution Rates . Correctional Officers I-IV qualify as "Safety Officers" and are eligible for increased PERA benefits; Medical and dental health plans; Short and long term disability coverage; Paid life insurance; 11 paid holidays per year plus vacation and sick leave; Wellness program, tuition reimbursement, training opportunities and more; Visit State of Colorado Employee Benefits. for more information;" That's benefits. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe from Department Information and Description Of Job?), Responsibilities (Primary Job Duties), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications, Required Competencies, Special Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Preferred?), Skills (maybe Required Competencies?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: Department Information paragraph: "If your goal is to build a career that makes a difference and builds greater public confidence in good government, consider joining the dedicated people of the State of Colorado. Our professionals strive to support state government and the citizens of Colorado. Customer service is a key component for every position in state government as is the focus on ideas and ways to redesign the delivery of services in making state government more effective and efficient. In addition to a great agency and rewarding, meaningful work, we offer: Distinctive career advancement opportunities throughout the state system; Strong, secure, yet flexible retirement benefits including PERA Defined Benefit Plan or PERA Defined; Contribution Plan plus 401K and 457 plans. Member Contribution Rates . Correctional Officers I-IV qualify as "Safety Officers" and are eligible for increased PERA benefits; Medical and dental health plans; Short and long term disability coverage; Paid life insurance; 11 paid holidays per year plus vacation and sick leave; Wellness program, tuition reimbursement, training opportunities and more; Visit State of Colorado Employee Benefits. for more information; This position is compensated on a bi-weekly pay cycle." We can split: About the role (first paragraph maybe). Benefits list. Pay/Schedule: bi-weekly pay cycle. Who May Apply: "This position is only open to Colorado state residents." That's a residency requirement, maybe part of Requirements. Job Location: "East Canon Complex". Could be part of About the role or maybe not needed as heading. Description Of Job: paragraph about CDOC Fleet Services etc. Primary Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To: list of duties (many sentences separated by semicolons). We need to turn into
  • items. Minimum Qualifications etc: includes "5 Years of fleet maintenance experience or a like maintenance experience in a shop environment that repairs light and heavy automotive vehicles. Colorado Driver’s License 1 Year experience with conducting purchases using purchase orders, contracts, or a commercial credit card." Also "Education And Experience: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)Project coordination includes the development, implementation, coordination, and supervision of program goals, objectives, and activities. Coordinators work with program stakeholders, and procedures to ensure the implementation and success of programs." This seems garbled but we need to preserve. Also "Minimum Qualifications: Ensure that the “Work Experience" section of the application is complete..." That's more about application instructions, maybe we should drop as it's boilerplate? It's about application instructions; we should drop application instructions. However it's part of Minimum Qualifications section? It says "Minimum Qualifications: Ensure that the “Work Experience" section of the application is complete..." That's actually an instruction, not a qualification. Might be considered boilerplate; we should drop. Substitutions: "Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis" Required Competencies: list. Special Qualifications: list. Preferred Qualifications: list. We also have "IMPORTANT INFORMATION The Assessment Process ..." that's application instructions/process, should drop. Also "Employees who are rehired..." etc drop. Also "If you have transcripts..." etc drop. Also "Under the Job Application Fairness Act..." drop. Also "Toll Free Applicant Technical Support:" drop. Thus we keep substantive info: Department intro, benefits, pay cycle, residency requirement, job location maybe, description of job, primary duties, minimum qualifications (experience, driver's license, purchase experience, education), substitutions, required competencies, special qualifications, preferred qualifications. We need to decide sections. Possible sections: - About the role (intro + job location?) - Responsibilities (primary duties) - Requirements (minimum qualifications + substitutions + required competencies? maybe separate) - Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications) - Skills (required competencies) - Benefits - Pay - Schedule But we must not create sections with filler. Ensure each has content. Let's craft:

    About the role

If your goal is to build a career that makes a difference and builds greater public confidence in good government, consider joining the dedicated people of the State of Colorado. Our professionals strive to support state government and the citizens of Colorado. Customer service is a key component for every position in state government as is the focus on ideas and ways to redesign the delivery of services in making state government more effective and efficient. This position is located at the East Canon Complex.

    Benefits

    • Distinctive career advancement opportunities throughout the state system
    • Strong, secure, yet flexible retirement benefits including PERA Defined Benefit Plan or PERA Defined Contribution Plan plus 401K and 457 plans
    • Medical and dental health plans
    • Short and long term disability coverage
    • Paid life insurance
    • 11 paid holidays per year plus vacation and sick leave
    • Wellness program, tuition reimbursement, training opportunities and more

    Pay

This position is compensated on a bi‑weekly pay cycle.

    Schedule

    Not specified in the posting.

Wait we cannot create Schedule if not specified. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting states pay cycle (bi-weekly). It does not state schedule (e.g., full-time, shift). So we should not create Schedule section. So we omit Schedule. Thus we have Pay section only. Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the Fleet Services Shop Foreman for the East Canon City Complex (ECC) by directing and prioritizing all daily operations of the main shop floor and wash bay
    • Collaborate closely with the Fleet Operations Manager to strategically forecast, monitor, and effectively manage the East Canon Prison Complex Maintenance Facility's operational budget, ensuring financial resources are optimally allocated to support day-to-day shop functions, training programs, and ongoing fleet initiatives
    • Coordinating and assisting with emergency vehicle responses for the complex, ensuring rapid deployment and operational continuity
    • Research new technologies, automated systems, and opportunities to align with the new industry standards in the automotive industry of reduction in carbon emission initiatives by managing bulk liquid distribution systems and maximizing electric vehicle charging infrastructure
    • Provide guidance and advice to CDOC staff regarding utilization and efficient operations related to electric vehicles to include proper scheduling, routing, and charging procedures
    • Collaboration with the grant specialist and the Operations Manager to identify, fund, and source necessary tools, equipment, and educational training materials
    • Primary operational liaison for ECC vehicle coordinators, providing expert technical guidance and swiftly resolving complex fleet related issues to ensure seamless facility transportation
    • Serve as the primary project liaison for specialized fabrication jobs, seamlessly coordinating complex work requests that may include fulfilling customized projects for external agencies
    • Analyze the impact of potential legislation involving climate goals, green energy, etc. and provide recommendations and cost analyses of CDOC impact
    • Oversee implementation of fleet vehicle processes, including proper vehicle commissioning and decommissioning, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, accident repairs and replacement vehicles
    • Make recommendations to the fleet manager on inventory management, and liquidate inventory as needed
    • Analyze data from SFM's vehicle databases, for example, Colorado Automotive Reporting System (CARS) and Geotab Telematics, to determine which vehicles are being under-utilized, if vehicles are being maintained properly, and if costs are charged to the correct organizational unit
    • Initiate fuel purchasing solicitations as needed in collaboration with CDOC purchasing office for East Canon City Complex fuel station, adhering to state purchasing rules
    • Act as a worklead over two full‑time equivalent positions and three offenders who will perform maintenance facility operations to include light and heavy‑duty vehicle repair
    • Oversee the following areas: service writing, vocational and safety training of offenders, comprehensive shop operations, including scheduling and inspecting vehicle repairs, executing preventative maintenance, maintaining accurate parts inventory, and resolving facility issues
Now Requirements: we need Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, maybe also Residency requirement. We could have a section "Requirements" containing Minimum Qualifications and Substitutions and Residency. But we also have Required Competencies and Preferred Qualifications; maybe separate sections: Skills (Required Competencies) and Preferred Qualifications. Let's do:

    Requirements

    • 5 years of fleet maintenance experience or a like maintenance experience in a shop environment that repairs light and heavy automotive vehicles
    • Colorado Driver’s License
    • 1 year experience with conducting purchases using purchase orders, contracts, or a commercial credit card
    • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
    • Residency: open only to Colorado state residents at time of application

Substitutions: Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year‑for‑year basis.

But we need to keep the education description about Project coordination etc? That seems garbled; maybe it's part of Minimum Qualifications but it's confusing. The text: "Education And Experience: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)Project coordination includes the development, implementation, coordination, and supervision of program goals, objectives, and activities. Coordinators work with program stakeholders, and procedures to ensure the implementation and success of programs." This seems like a copy-paste error; but we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that sentence as is. It seems to be part of Minimum Qualifications/Education And Experience. So we should include that as a bullet or paragraph. Thus Minimum Qualifications includes: High school diploma or GED; plus the sentence about Project coordination... We'll keep it. Thus:
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). Project coordination includes the development, implementation, coordination, and supervision of program goals, objectives, and activities. Coordinators work with program stakeholders, and procedures to ensure the implementation and success of programs.
  • Now Required Competencies
