Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluates the quality and fidelity of programming for both in-person and broadcasted/hybrid models.
  • Counsels educators and practitioners to improve programming engagement and risk-reduction outcomes through observations and feedback.
  • Researches evidence-based practice (EBP) frameworks and evaluates current curricula to ensure alignment with agency goals.
  • Facilitates cross-setting community of practice or professional learning community meetings where educators and practitioners share resources and refine instructional practices.
  • Serves on boards, councils, committees, and task forces.
  • Plans and manages program projects, monitors contractor performance, and recommends actions to correct deficiencies.
  • Maintains program budgets, including revenues, expenditures, and budget projections.
  • Performs employee relations functions, works with managers to resolve performance issues, and may supervise professional-level staff, interns, or volunteers.
  • Prepares and reviews documents for accuracy and policy conformance, and investigates grievances or complaints.
  • Works with Programming Chains of command and OSIIs to identify, track, and report on KPI metrics.
  • Writes and edits correspondence, reports, and program plans for procedural and grammatical accuracy.
  • Exhibits instructional expertise by observing instruction and providing feedback that improves quality of curriculum or program delivery.
  • Showcases solid understanding of evidence-based practice frameworks and experience in operations analysis.
  • Demonstrates hybrid delivery knowledge, understanding of quality standards for broadcast or remote instruction.
  • Displays working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets, and ability to navigate technology and data collection systems.
  • Presents strong complex problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Displays collaborative leadership abilities by facilitating professional groups and serving on various boards, councils, or task forces.

Qualifications

  • Experience observing instruction and providing feedback that improves quality of curriculum or program delivery.
  • Solid understanding of evidence-based practice frameworks and experience in operations analysis.
  • Understanding of quality standards for broadcast or remote instruction.
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets, and ability to navigate technology and data collection systems.
  • Strong complex problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to facilitate professional groups and serve on various boards, councils, or task forces.
