About the role

Corporate Wings, a distinguished boutique-style aircraft management company, is seeking a Gulfstream 650 Captain to join our team. Based at Cuyahoga County Airport in Richmond Heights, Ohio, we manage a fleet of over 20 aircraft with a team of over 100 aviation professionals across the United States.

As a Captain, you will embody our commitment to safe, technically accurate transportation while delivering a world-class service experience. You will transition between roles as a professional aviator and in-flight service provider, ensuring a concierge-level experience for passengers. Additionally, you will mentor your pilot team, fostering their growth and performance.

This position supports a Dallas, TX (KDAL)-based Gulfstream 650, operating on an on-demand schedule (~400 hours annually) under Part 91. You will be part of a team of 3 pilots and 1 cabin server.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe and efficient execution of assigned flight schedules, adhering to all regulatory and manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Personally welcome and engage with passengers pre-flight, providing detailed briefings on the trip, itinerary confirmation, weather updates, and any changes.
  • Serve as a dedicated liaison between passengers and Corporate Wings throughout the entire journey, from arrival at the FBO to departure from the final destination FBO.
  • Deliver impeccable in-flight service, including responsible handling of alcohol, catering, and meticulous loading/stowing of baggage.
  • Maintain cabin integrity by performing thorough cleaning, organization, and stocking procedures before each trip.
  • Flexibly undertake additional responsibilities as assigned based on specific flight requirements.

Requirements

  • Reside within 2 hours of Dallas, TX (KDAL). (Required)
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATP). (Required)
  • 3,000 total flight hours minimum, of which 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC). (Required)
  • First Class Medical with unrestricted ability to travel worldwide. (Required)
  • Gulfstream 650 type rating.
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to manage rest to always be prepared for flight duty during your tour.
  • Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and a demonstrated ability to make a positive impression, including strong passenger interaction skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make quick, accurate decisions with attention to detail, both technically and from a passenger-service perspective.
  • Working knowledge of FARs 91, 91K, and 135; ICAO and other international regulations.
