We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule mentioned. So we should not include those sections. We need headings

for each section we include. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to extract: - About the role: description paragraph(s) about mission, role purpose. Could be first paragraph(s) before "Essential Duties/Responsibilities:" etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Essential Duties/Responsibilities). Many bullet-like sentences separated by line breaks. We'll need to turn each into

  • . Ensure we capture all duties. - Requirements/Qualifications: The posting has "Job Qualifications/Requirements" with sub-sections: Character/Spiritual, Personal Characteristics, Knowledge/Experience. We need to combine into Requirements and Qualifications sections? The instruction: Use headings for sections e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need separate Requirements and Qualifications if content exists. The posting lumps them together; we could split: Requirements maybe the character/spiritual and personal characteristics? Qualifications maybe knowledge/experience? Or we could put all under Requirements and leave Qualifications empty (but we shouldn't create empty sections). Better to create two sections: Requirements (character/spiritual + personal characteristics) and Qualifications (knowledge/experience). Ensure we don't create filler. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills from knowledge/experience (tools, proficiencies). Could be a separate Skills section. But we need to see if there is explicit skills list. The knowledge/experience includes many items that could be considered skills. We could create a Skills section listing proficiencies: Figma, Adobe CC, HTML5/CSS3, etc. However we must not invent; we can extract those as skills. The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can put skills as list. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. Let's parse the text. First paragraph: "Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Focus on the Family has nearly 700 employees who work to achieve the mission of enriching the lives of families, engaging the culture, advocating for life and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
