Corporate Trust Administration Analyst II
About the Role
As a Corporate Trust Administration Analyst II, you'll assist management in leading the Asset Administration team to achieve highly accurate asset records for tracking and maintaining collateral attributes. You will maintain core recordkeeping systems, cash processing systems, and sub-accounting systems, ensuring records are supported by reliable data and databases are accurate.
Responsibilities
- Fully contribute in a leadership role to assist management in maintaining a high level of accuracy in the system of record.
- Monitor workflow to ensure the team processes transactions timely and accurately.
- Process the most complex transactions and identify the most accurate way to handle unique transactions without jeopardizing the integrity of investor reports.
- Contribute to system testing for new releases and ensure bugs are identified prior to implementation.
- Participate with technology support teams on system flows, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
- Support Client Service teams in delivering accurate asset data for CLOs and Leveraged Finance facilities.
- Exercise judgment within established policies and procedures.
- Maintain procedures and ensure proper controls are established to perform duties as designated in legal agreements with clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced experience working with Excel.
- Intermediate Solvas or TranStar experience preferred.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
