Corporate Trust & Escrow Services Account Analyst II

About the Role
The Account Analyst II of Corporate Trust Escrow Services Administration is responsible for participation in corporate trust and escrow services account administration, compliance, and operational functions. Support the attainment of regional growth goals through on-boarding new account administration activities.
Corporate Trust and Escrow Services (CTES) provides broad transactional expertise to help Commercial and Corporate clients in CCB, CIG, and Wealth meet their financial goals and deepen their relationship with Truist. CTES offers a highly skilled and experienced sales and service team across a variety of solutions and transaction roles, including:
- Corporate and municipal bond trustee
- Commercial escrow agent
- M&A administration
- Insurance and regulatory trustee
- Loan administration services
Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the Relationship Manager, Client Manager II, Client Manager I, and Account Analyst III Lead to ensure uniformity, efficiency, and quality in the administration of all accounts assigned to the regional office.
- Assist Manager(s) of Corporate Trust and Escrow Services Administration in the implementation of all administrative procedures to comply with department policy and audit requirements.
- Support Client Onboarding and Account Administration policies and procedures.
- Utilize Corporate Trust and Escrow Services systems and technology.
- Provide primary support to client managers assigned trust and/or agency accounts, which may be general or complex in nature.
- Provide client support including responding to direct client requests; coordinating, facilitating, and processing information and documents pertaining to assigned client managers' trust and agency accounts.
- Efficiently and accurately respond to client requests, process a high volume of data, and ensure accuracy of work within the team.
- Enhance favorable working relationships with customers, attorneys, Certified Public Accountants, and other related professionals to assure quality service.
- Take ownership of solving client problems and serve as the CTES voice to the client in the absence of the Relationship Manager, Client Manager II, Client Manager I, and Account Analyst III Lead.
- Keep Manager(s) of Corporate Trust and Escrow Services Administration informed of administrative progress, complex issues, problems, and complaints; suggest improvements and enhancements to better assure quality service.

- Ensure all Corporate Trust and Escrow Services Administration risk management objectives with respect to compliance and operational risk are met.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of corporate and institutional transactional experience in Corporate Trust and Escrow Services or 7 years of general business experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with complex situations that require sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
- Working knowledge of Trust and Agency software packages and applications.
- Proven experience in account administration and client service.
- Must be transfer agent compliant in this role, including fingerprinting and acceptable background check prior to employment.
