Job Duties

• Participate in the development of department wide programs and processes in support of strategic risk management framework and governance uplifts.
• Support the execution of key risk management programs for the function across a variety of areas including the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Issue Management, etc.
• Contribute to the management and coordination of the finance risk function’s key governing documents and policy stacks.
• Stress Testing, Liaison, & Advocacy: Methodology development, model creation and governance, assumption review and approval, risk measurement, and engagement with global regulators, and policy advocacy.
• Support the process of reviewing new products and business lines activities from a liquidity risk perspective, including senior management review.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
• Prior experience must include three (3) years in the following: experience with financial markets and risk management frameworks including Regulation YY; programming with different data visualization tools such as Tableau; analyzing and interpreting financial statements; and in-depth understanding of liquidity and its metrics e.g., ILST, LCR, NSFR.
