Corporate Travel Coordinator
About the role
This position will aid in the coordination of work-related travel for current and prospective employees.
Responsibilities
- Arrange all travel and accommodations for new hire employees to coincide with orientations (travel arrangements can include flights, hotel, bus, Amtrak, Uber and/or taxi).
- Coordinate all business-related travel for current employees in scope.
- Ensure employees and new hires have all necessary logistics and materials for planned travel.
- Reconcile travel credit card statement.
- Performs other related duties as requested.
Requirements
- Two years of administrative working experience.
- High School Diploma, or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of transportation-related experience.
- One year of travel coordination experience.
Working Conditions
- This position will operate within an office environment.
- Long hours may be required from time to time dependent upon business needs.
- Occasional need to remain standing for hours at a time.
- Occasional need to take an after-hours call to schedule travel.
