Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's market position and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at strengthening community partnerships and supporting local economic development.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning process, providing insights that align with the Seneca Nation’s Seventh Generation Principle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of an organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Native American tribes or organizations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to the principles of the Seneca Nation’s Seventh Generation Principle.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
