What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging onboarding and training programs that prepare employees for success
- Coach employees from knowledge acquisition to confidence and consistent performance
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on learning experiences
- Conduct skill-building workshops, refresher training, and continuous development sessions
- Partner with leaders to identify performance gaps and implement targeted development plans
- Provide actionable coaching and feedback that drives accountability and results
- Design, maintain, and improve training materials, curriculum, and learning resources
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs based on performance outcomes
- Serve as a role model for Infinity’s Perform Culture through Energy, Excellence, and Execution
Requirements
- A passion for developing people and helping others achieve their potential
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to motivate, influence, and coach individuals at all experience levels
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

- Comfortable collaborating across departments and building strong partnerships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education & Experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of training, coaching, learning and development, or related experience required
- Previous experience in a call center, sales, customer service, or performance-driven environment preferred
- Leadership or team development experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and present for extended periods during training sessions
- Ability to move throughout classrooms and production environments regularly
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods when developing training materials and reports
- Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, if needed
Salary Description
$50,000 Annually
