Corporate Strategy Lead

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Strategy Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analyses and recommendations on enterprise initiatives
• Facilitate discussions with business leaders to identify strategic opportunities
• Develop business cases to support growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of consulting, strategy, or relevant corporate experience
• Strong analytical skills including quantitative analysis and financial modeling
• Conceptual skills for structuring ambiguous problems and synthesizing complex information
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,300 – $173,700 annually
