Corporate/STEM Networking Specialist, Edheads - Board Position

Edheads is a 501c3 non-profit organization that ties K-12 classroom curricula to real-world challenges and careers by providing free or low-cost games to teachers, students, and parents. We are seeking an experienced professional with a college education, 3-5 years of work experience, and a robust personal network to join our Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Helping to make connections and introduce Edheads to potential partners, donors, and supporters.
• Representing Edheads at events and meetings to promote our mission and attract new members.
• Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• College education and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• An extensive personal network.
• Experience with Fortune 2000 companies is preferred.
• Must live in or near Columbus, Ohio.

Qualifications

• A passion for STEM education and/or STEM careers.
• A sense of humor and a sense of wonder.
• Little time to give each month.
