Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Corporate Services Administrator to provide administrative and in-the-field leadership support to the Corporate Services function.
  • Leadership or support for operational activities in maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, equipment/supplies, and occupancy services.
  • Proactively develop and maintain internal and external client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.
  • Accommodate and complete individual or contractor-related preventive, demand, and infrastructure development/maintenance work-orders, as directed or using solutioning skills.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 5 years proficiency in Facilities-related responsibilities and techniques, including client/stakeholder service experience and corporate services business operations.
  • 3 years advanced proficiency in customer service experience and business operations.
  • Experience with common hardware tools and electrical equipment.

Preferences

  • 2 years progressive experience in working with building trades, supply vendors, and related specialty companies including painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repairs.
  • FMP (Facilities Management Professional) certification.
  • Perform physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, standing for long periods, carrying heavy items, tools, and equipment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
  • Working in physically restrictive spaces with limited lighting and headroom.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, fostering important relationships with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partners.
  • Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal, written skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management expertise.
  • Understanding of the workings of third-party logistics.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven individual who can think strategically, operate independently, and take accountability for successful completion of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate with others both internally and externally.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize to focus attention on the most impactful activities.
  • Client-service-oriented with a high energy level.
  • Engage in critical thinking; situational awareness; good judgment and decision-making.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to Relationships FIRST.

Pay

The minimum and maximum projected hourly pay for this position is $32.44 to $51.81.
