Corporate Senior Procurement Analyst (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize purchase request queues
  • Support vendor selection and onboarding activities
  • Negotiate purchase pricing and contract terms with appropriate guidance and oversight
  • Oversee applicable due diligence workflow reviews for each purchase
  • Support policy updates, changes, and training initiatives
  • Collaborate on implementing and enforcing newly created procurement procedures, policies, and training while ensuring organizational adherence
  • Show leadership potential and a desire to grow into a people-management role
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Stakeholder and Vendor Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal data center teams, requesters, reviewers, due diligence approvers, procurement team members, and vendors
  • Communicate clearly, set expectations, and provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
  • Cook up vendor onboarding and support ongoing supplier engagement activities

Contract Management

  • Review, route, edit, and manage contracts in accordance with company policies and approval requirements
  • Maintain accurate contract records in the contract management system and ensure documentation is complete and current
  • Monitor key contract dates, including renewals and expirations, and proactively coordinate next steps with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, contract administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Experience supporting procurement activities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively
  • Experience negotiating pricing, terms, and vendor agreements
  • Experience with vendor onboarding, due diligence, and contract lifecycle processes is strongly preferred

Skills And Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Slack, DocuSign, and Zoom
  • Treats communication and active listening as top priorities and creates transparency throughout the process
  • Trusted and reliable work ethic with ability to hit targeted deadlines
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team; navigates change effectively in a rapidly growing company
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, team members, approvers, and vendors
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
