About the role

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a senior attorney with 6+ years of experience for its Corporate business unit in the Pittsburgh, PA or Atlanta, GA office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents of all kinds, including merger and acquisition documents, entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, and compliance documents.
• Interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types.
• Strong business development experience is a plus.

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong academic credentials are essential.

Pay

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $240,000 - $375,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
