Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time senior associate, counsel, or partner-level candidate with 6+ years of corporate transactional experience to join the firm in Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience with corporate transactions, including equity structuring, general commercial transactions, private equity investments, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and joint ventures. Knowledge of securities, tax, healthcare, and executive compensation is a plus.
