Senior Associate (Corp Funds-Law Firm), Jersey

About the role

A prestigious, award-winning offshore law firm based in the Channel Islands is seeking a senior associate to join its top-tier Corporate Funds teams in Jersey. This position will concentrate on managing multi-jurisdictional transactions, including M&A, (re)structuring, the formation of vehicles (such as investment funds and incentive arrangements), and debt and/or equity financing. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team and lead on complex transactions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of post-qualification common-law legal experience.
• Broad experience in general commercial, M&A, and Funds.
• Cross-jurisdictional experience (beneficial).
• Excellent verbal reasoning and good numerical skills.
• Qualified in a common-law jurisdiction.
