Corporate Security Specialist - PIAM Team - 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and system administration for enterprise access control systems
• Perform device management and programming, including configuration changes, troubleshooting, testing, and validation of security devices and applications
• Support networked security systems, partnering with Network Services and technology teams to resolve connectivity, performance, and integration issues
• Cook up installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities, working with vendors, integrators, and property management teams
• Analyze system behavior, alerts, failures, and trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex security technology issues impacting multiple locations or systems
• Ensure access control systems are in compliance with the Federal Bank Protection Act and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Support life safety and incident response by providing timely technical assistance during system outages, escalations, or security events
• Document system changes, programming updates, and resolutions with a strong attention to accuracy and audit readiness
• Maintain effective communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and business partners while balancing multiple priorities and requests

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a corporate security/Technical customer service/operations role, and/or a basic understanding of security system technologies (alarms, video, and access control)
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Highly organized, motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
• Team-orientation, flexibility, with a receptiveness to change
• Strong, confident presentation skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly and succinctly with stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills, with significant attention to detail - ability to query, review, and manipulate data
• Demonstrate the ability to be adaptable to rapid changes in priorities and demand and manage risk effectively
• Must be able to work 2nd shift schedule - 11:00am - 8:00pm EST, Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Card Access Control experience
• Symmetry (AMAG) experience
• Proficient in Adobe Photo Shop
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Technology, Risk or Compliance background
