About the role

Located in Tualatin, OR, our Corporate Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. The Flex position is ideal for candidates looking for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests
• Utilize technology devices throughout the shift
• Conduct vehicular and foot patrols of the interior/exterior of 10‑12 buildings twice per eight‑hour shift (may include areas with various chemicals)
• Perform weekly audits of security devices, door locks, and card readers
• Provide assistance during emergency situations (follow directives from Control Room Officers
