Corporate, Securities & M&A Attorney

About the Role

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Securities & M&A Attorney to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,690 – $181,412 annually

Responsibilities

• Support the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance matters
• Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q
• Support M&A transactions from inception through closing
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including NDAs and purchase agreements
• Coordinate with outside counsel to manage transaction timelines
• Provide general corporate legal support across the business
• Assist with special projects involving senior management and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• 3-7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience with M&A transactions and general corporate matters
• Exposure to securities law and corporate governance preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
