- Compensation: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis.

About the Role
Latitude is seeking a corporate attorney with extensive securities and corporate governance experience to work on a temporary and remote contract engagement with one of its digital infrastructure company clients. Applicants must have experience advising on corporate governance and disclosure matters and compliance with relevant corporate laws, NYSE listing standards, SEC reporting and compliance rules and regulations, including drafting and reviewing SEC disclosures (e.g., Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K), and preparing documentation relating to corporate approvals, such as board and committee minutes and resolutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sophisticated corporate securities experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
