Corporate Attorney (Client Contracts) - Remote

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms and legal risks
• Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships and corporate investments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and regulatory guidance
• Advises on corporate governance and insurance matters
• Provide legal support for information security and privacy compliance
• Act as a trusted partner to various departments for legal support

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and active state bar membership required
• Minimum 5 years' experience drafting and negotiating contracts
• Strong ability to identify legal issues and business risks
• Familiarity with the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act and data privacy laws preferred
• Experience with contract disputes and litigation preferred
• Prior corporate legal experience preferred
• Background in technology or financial services sector preferred
