Corporate & Securities Associate (M&A) – Winston-Salem

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in M&A and corporate law
• Demonstrated experience with:
• Corporate reorganizations and strategic transactions
• Corporate governance matters
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents for M&A transactions
• Conducting and managing due diligence processes
• Collaborating with partners and cross-office teams on complex matters

• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and as part of a team
• Admitted to the North Carolina bar or eligible for admission
