About the role
Join a Premier Talent Acquisition Team at tk Accelis Materials Plus. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in shaping the future of our company. This role stands out due to its focus on the full-cycle recruiting process, opportunities to work across multiple locations and business functions, and the chance to contribute to process improvements and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define roles and create compelling job postings
- Proactively source and engage candidates using diverse strategies, including passive sourcing
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage recruiting activity in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support vendor management, including agency partnerships and contract negotiation
- Help train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and effective use of Workday
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire)
- Contribute to process improvements, TA projects, and workforce planning initiatives
- Collaborate with a team currently managing 125+ monthly requisitions
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles, experience managing multiple requisitions across functions and levels, strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday strongly preferred), high attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset
