What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales and leadership roles from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Operate like a sales leader within Talent Acquisition, building pipelines, creating urgency, and closing top talent.
- Partner closely with executives and Area Leaders to align on hiring strategy, business needs, and performance expectations.
- Drive a high-volume, high-quality candidate pipeline with a focus on speed, consistency, and results.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct structured, consultative interviews to assess performance, grit, leadership capability, and cultural alignment.
- Manage and influence the interview process to ensure momentum, alignment, and strong hiring decisions.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and hiring goals.
- Develop offer strategies, handle objections, create urgency, and successfully close candidates.
- Maintain accurate and consistent data within Greenhouse to support reporting, visibility, and accountability.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Sono Bello, representing our culture, expectations, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting non-technical roles, preferably sales and leadership positions.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a sales-driven or performance-based environment.
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment with accountability for pipeline management and time-to-fill goals.
- Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage workflows, scorecards, and data integrity; Greenhouse experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring leaders and influence hiring decisions.
- Able to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in the Greater Seattle area and be able to work the required hybrid schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

Compensation Range
Compensation Range: $31.25 - $40.87 USD
Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.
