About the role

Own the full-cycle recruitment process across corporate functions, from sourcing through offer acceptance
Develop and execute creative sourcing and talent research strategies to identify exceptional candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs
Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders
Gain a deep understanding of business objectives and translate workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies
Partner with stakeholders to build candidate assessment frameworks and facilitate structured interview processes
Lead interview debriefs, calibration discussions, and hiring recommendations
Manage and drive the offer process, including offer preparation, approvals, presentation, and candidate closing strategies
Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to provide insights and recommendations to business partners and HR leadership
Represent the organization and recruiting function both internally and externally, helping strengthen the employer brand
Build and maintain relationships with external search firms and talent partners
Participate in and lead cross-functional recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of expertise in full-cycle recruitment within the human resources or business services industry
  • Proven success identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process
  • Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
