Job Summary
IDR is seeking a Contract Clinical Recruiter to join one of their top clients in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare industry, supporting high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The role involves managing and overseeing the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and extending job offers. It also includes reviewing and evaluating applicants, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, and developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business needs. Additionally, the recruiter is responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines through various channels such as social media, job boards, colleges, and career fairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical recruiting experience (e.g., NP, RN, LPN, MSW, care management, or similar healthcare roles)
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a healthcare environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
