Job Description About the Role Grimco has been built by great people — and finding those people is what this role is all about. As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of positions: hourly warehouse roles, outside sales, and corporate functions. You'll work directly with hiring managers across 65+ locations in North America and the UK, moving fast, building relationships, and making sure every candidate experience reflects who we are as a company. This is a high-impact role on a recruiting team where your work is visible and your contributions matter from day one. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, sales, and corporate roles nationwide — from sourcing through offerSource candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, networking, and career fairsReview inbound applications daily and maintain a healthy pipeline across active requisitionsConduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managersDraft and extend verbal and written offers; guide candidates through pre-employment screeningPost and maintain job listings on the company website, job boards, and social mediaCollect and process new hire paperworkCoordinate with internal departments to prepare for employee start dates and onboardingHighly Collaborative. Contribute to recruiting process improvement, reporting, and team projects as needed.Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
