About the role
Grimco has been built by great people — and finding those people is what this role is all about. As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for hourly, sales, and corporate roles nationwide — from sourcing through offer.
- Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, networking, and career fairs
- Review inbound applications daily and maintain a healthy pipeline across active requisitions
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Draft and extend verbal and written offers; guide candidates through pre-employment screening
- Post and maintain job listings on the company website, job boards, and social media
- Collect and process new hire paperwork
- Cook with internal departments to prepare for employee start dates and onboarding

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- 0-5 years in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
- Strong communicator - clear, direct, and easy to work with whether you're talking to a warehouse manager or a CFO candidate
- Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working in an ATS and sourcing across multiple platforms (experience with SmartRecruiters or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)
