Essential Duties
- Aid in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by creating and posting open requisitions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and managing interview logistics.
- Contribute to the overall hiring strategy to ensure a diverse team.
- Ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Build close relationships with hiring managers to establish clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to enhance the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of HR and HR team to implement key workforce diversity recruiting strategies.
Job Qualifications
- Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or related work experience, minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Skills: Proven ability to analyze, problem-solve, adapt, and multitask while effectively communicating, planning, and organizing; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
