Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and external postings for current openings
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Participate in job fairs to boost company's reputation
- Specialize in the recruitment of software engineers
- Screens resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first round and second round interviews
- Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
- Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma required; 2 year Technical Degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience working in recruitment or HR functions required
- Experience working with an ATS system strongly preferred
