Corporate Recruiter
About the role
The Corporate Recruiter is an integral part of the Curia team, contributing to our success by participating in a full range of activities around the selection and hiring of top talent. The Recruiter acts as a talent advisor and strategic partner to our hiring leaders, developing creative sourcing plans for difficult to fill positions.
Responsibilities
- Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities for all areas of the business including manufacturing, scientific, quality, administrative, and other assigned lines of business
- Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes and provide regular updates
- Create a communication plan that promotes partnership for acquiring the necessary talent
- Develop and maintain a keen understanding of the business
- Conduct market analysis for key roles, utilizing the results for enhanced sourcing as well as providing recommendations and educating hiring managers
- Present a qualified slate of candidates to the hiring managers, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates
- Guide and support the interview and selection process, ensuring both a positive candidate experience as well as assisting Curia in making the best hiring decisions
- Maintain updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws
- Negotiate and deliver offer acceptances and declines
- Participate in occasional Talent Acquisition projects as they arise
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant recruiting experience
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Qualifications
Show proven ability to produce leads and create candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, extensive online sourcing and social media.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment required.
