Corporate Recruiter

Objectives

• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify needs and implement strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Enhance the candidate experience and uphold a strong employer brand.
• Support HR tasks as needed (onboarding, offboarding, LOAs, exit interviews, etc.).
• Maintain recruitment operations, ATS data, and metrics in a lean team.

Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Greenhouse or other ATS; strong pipeline-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Compensation

$80,000-$115,000. Atomica encourages applications from candidates at all levels where pay will be based on experience.
