Corporate Recruiter
About the role
We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and ambitious Corporate Recruiter to support our rapidly growing company. This role will oversee the entire hiring process, from identifying staffing needs to finalizing successful hires. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented individuals who will contribute to the company's growth and goals.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with all hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Provide guidance and expertise to hiring managers on recruiting processes, best practices, and market trends.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing channels.
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals.
- Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network as needed.
- Manage all communication with candidates from the apply stage through new hire onboarding.
- Screen and interview candidates, assess their suitability, and make recommendations to hiring managers (interviews conducted via video call and in-person).
- Prepare attractive hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices and suggest improvements to the recruitment process as needed.
- Stay informed about legal requirements and industry standards related to recruitment and hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any time by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- 6+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience with Paychex or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is required.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices for recruiting passive candidates.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
