Corporate Partnerships Associate

Play a key role in supporting and executing partnership initiatives in a fast-paced sports environment. This part-time role offers a great opportunity to grow your career in sports marketing and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for all sectors of the corporate partnerships department, including activation, sales, and strategy
• Track and report on sponsor promotions during home game nights
• Assist in the coordination and execution of partner events
• Support the department by providing best practices in the industry
• Analyze, organize, and present research/information internally, responding to inquiries as needed
• Share ideas for new sponsorship opportunities, including in-game elements, retail promotions, events, web and social media platforms, signage, and community relations programs
• Maintain collateral and data to support the preparation of sponsor recaps
• Ensure fiscal responsibility by managing expenses within established budget guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with excellent listening skills
• Knowledge of sports business, marketing, and corporate partnerships is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests of all ages and backgrounds
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel

Schedule

• Part-time position with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
• Events may take place in both indoor and outdoor venues with varying temperatures

Work Environment

• Primary work location: Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City
• Physical demands: walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting and carrying heavy items
• Exposure to loud crowd noise, amplified music, and flashing or strobe lighting during events and games
