Corporate Partnership Account Executive

What You Will Do
- Drive new corporate partnership revenue across Frontwave Arena, the San Diego Clippers, San Diego Sockers, and the San Diego FPHL team
- Possess strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Develop and present compelling sales decks and presentations for new marketing partners
- Create dynamic and creative sponsorship packages that deliver measurable value for clients while maximizing revenue opportunities across all Frontwave Arena properties
- Negotiate and close new sponsorship agreements while building long-term business relationships
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and client records through Hubspot
- Attend games, concerts, networking events, and other Frontwave Arena events to entertain prospects and build new business relationships
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sponsorship opportunities are creative, executable, and aligned with organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales, business development, sponsorship, advertising, or related B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience using Canva preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-arena events as needed
