Corporate Paralegal: Multiple locations
About the role
Holland & Hart is seeking a paralegal to join our growing Corporate practice group. This position can be based in any of Holland & Hart’s offices, depending on the candidate’s location and/or interests. Hybrid work arrangements (remote and in-person) are available.
Position Requirements
- 2+ years of prior corporate and/or securities paralegal experience (either in a law firm or in-house)
- Significant and recent experience with either M&A transaction closings and Delaware corporate law or securities transaction closings, SEC filings, and federal and state securities law (including Form D and blue sky)
- A degree from a four-year undergraduate institution or a paralegal certificate
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in MSWord and Outlook

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this role is $43.59-$76.92 per hour based on a 37.5-hour work week. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime, and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
