About the role
The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department in managing corporate governance functions, including subsidiary records, corporate books, and entity management databases. They will also assist with various corporate governance and compliance activities, handle document management, and provide support to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

- Assist with miscellaneous corporate governance and compliance activities.
- Handle document management, routine corporate filings, and related administrative tasks.
- Cover insurance-related documentation.
- Support cross-functional teams—including Finance, Tax, Sales, HR, Payroll, and Benefits—with corporate legal requests.
- Provide general departmental support to ensure timely, high-quality legal services across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of paralegal experience is preferred, ideally in an in-house legal department or corporate law firm.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, HR, Tax, and other teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation.
- Able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision, while knowing when to escalate.
- Active Notary Public commission (strongly preferred, as the role frequently involves notarizing corporate documents).

- Experience in an in-house legal department or corporate law firm.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Notary Public commission (preferred).

Benefits
Base salary range: $78,000 - $117,000.
Incentive compensation, equity, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K are offered.
