Corporate Network Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a global team of network engineers
• Create and operate corporate offices and partner networks worldwide
• Create automated provisioning and telemetry tools for efficiency
• Establish metrics for tracking operational success and team processes
• Work collaboratively with IT, Security, and Engineering teams
• Resolve complex network issues and support on a rotating on-call basis
• Enhance documentation and support procedures for global network services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing remote teams
• Expertise in routing protocols (BGP) and network security (IPSec VPNs)
• Hands-on experience with Juniper networks, including routers and switches
• Proficient in Python or other scripting languages for automation
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and troubleshooting network paths
• Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical users

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually

Schedule

Rotating on-call schedule
