Corporate Midlevel or Senior Associate
Michael Best & Friedrich LLP’s growing Corporate Practice is looking to add a Corporate Midlevel or Senior Associate (4+ years’ experience) to our Austin, Charlotte, Durham, Madison, Milwaukee, Raleigh or Salt Lake City office. The attorney will provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to all sizes of publicly traded and privately held companies, individual and institutional investors, family trusts, and other entities.

Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to publicly traded and privately held companies, investors, family trusts, and other entities.
- Work on public or private company deals or financings.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- At least 4 years of corporate experience.
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay
For Colorado applicants only (as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act): The starting salary for associate positions in our Denver office is $190,000. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Associates are eligible to participate in Michael Best’s associate bonus program, subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
Schedule
This position is considered full-time and eligible to participate in employer-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, as well as elective/voluntary life, disability, and accident coverage. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the firm's 401k plan.
